'To Whom It May Concern' is an emerging writers night produced and directed by Salt Circle Productions. The one-hour show consists of monologues around different themes. Tonight’s theme is 'It's Complicated' and will be performed by brilliant London based actors.
This is an evening of letters that were never sent. A night of connection, re
volution and power as we hear the voices of 'us', the general public that is often overlooked.

Kimberley N'Doueyo

Writer and performer of 'Lala'

 

Kimberley began her journey as an assistant director in France while training as an actor, before continuing her path to London. She recently launched her format In Momentum on Instagram, where she explores what it means to be human, our relationship with the universe, and the impact of the choices we make or don't make. For her first TWIMC intervention, she’s sharing her play-in-progress Lala*, a deeply personal exploration of trauma, survival, and healing.

*To sleep in Lingala, a Congolese dialect."

Oriel Bathurst

Writer and performer of 'Sacred Heart'

 

Oriel (she / her) is an actor, writer and producer from the South East. Oriel is particularly drawn to stories about complicated family dynamics, religion, cult followings and talking kettles.. Oriel recently wrapped on a Netflix comedy and is currently developing several writing projects including a one person play about the absurd and intoxicating world of celebrity, inspired by her previous employments as a talent assistant.

Fiona Lynch

Writer and performer of 'Untitled'

 

Fiona Lynch is a queer actor and writer! In November she performed in Unearthed: Extracts at the Almeida. Her other work includes: Reckoning (Omnibus Theatre), From Here on R&D (Gecko & Good Chance Theatre), Odyssey R&D (NT & Public Acts), The Sad Club (Royal & Derngate Theatre).

Miona Drcelic

Writer and Performer of ‘Small Talk'

Miona is a migrant writer and multidisciplinary artist plagued by the contradictions of binary logic. Her fragmented sense of cultural identity and diverse insight into oppressive outlets across Europe oppose the prominent, dualistic worldview and most of her creative explorations are driven by this inner conflict.

Since graduating Rose Bruford College, Miona has participated in a number of fringe and community projects as writer, performer, and director and is currently developing her first full-length show as independent theatre maker. Besides that she facilitates early years drama clubs across North London and attends workshops to expand her expressive repertoire.

Francis Grin

Writer of ‘Don't Panic Yet'

 
Francis is a playwright based in London and Margate. She completed her MA in Writing for Performance at Goldsmiths and went on to work as the Literary Manager at the Finborough from 2012-2016. Her plays have been presented at theatres including Southwark Playhouse, The Vaults, the Space, The Bread & Roses, The Other Palace, Soho Theatre and The Pleasance. She has been been longlisted for The Bruntwood Prize, The BBC Writersroom Drama and The Women’s Prize for Playwriting..

Brianna Undy

Performer of 'Don't Panic'

Originally from Derbyshire, Brianna is now based in London working on pursuing her acting career. While training at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and Fourth Monkey Actor Training Company, where she received her BA Hons in Acting, she encountered many different styles and techniques which influence her work. She has a love of classical texts as well as stories based on real life experiences.

Brianna is excited to be working with Salt Circle Productions on bringing these pieces to life!

Anya Ostrovskaia

Director of 'Small Talk'

Anya was born in Moscow in a family of Ukrainian Jews, due to her identity and positionality in Russia, Anya’s focus has always been on political art, exploring the history of the USSR, and nowadays Russian War crimes. Anya is based in London and finds herself equally passionate in presenting narratives of freedom and justice to play her part in calling for solidarity and effecting change. With a combined skill set in producing, directing, scriptwriting and filmmaking, she is interested in investigating truth and creating multidisciplinary work.

Christina Raisea Murphy

Director of 'Untitled'

 

Christina Raisea Murphy is a writer director and actor from the Republic of Ireland. Based in London, they have directed work for film and theatre, including the award winning short film 'Departure Point,' made with the support of the BFI Network As a non-binary and queer creative, Christina is particularly passionate about telling stories about LGBTQ+ experiences. They are currently working on their debut novel.

Rio Pettersen

Director of 'Sacred Heart'

 

Rio Pettersen is a queer nonbinary actor, writer and filmmaker from Haugesund, Norway. They moved to the UK in 2019, leaving behind wet fjords in exchange for a BA in Acting from GSA. In 2022, they were awarded the Dream Scholarship (Drømmestipended), an early career award for Norwegian artists entering the industry, for their filmmaking. «MEAT», Rio’s most ambitions film project yet, has won several awards at both UK and international film festivals. Rio is greatly inspired by the culture and folklore of the Norwegian West Coast, as well as class liberation, queer horror and magical realism. Their motto is: Don’t be boring.

Megan Earl

Director of 'Don't Panic Yet'

 

Megan is a writer and theatre-maker based in East London, with a keen interest in queer and female-identifying-led stories. She wrote and staged her first play, The Moral Women, a story centred around reproductive freedom, at the Wandsworth Arts Fringe in 2023. This was followed by a run at the Hen and Chickens Theatre in 2024, where the production earned two four-star reviews. Most recently, Megan directed a scratch night show with Pushback Theatre. She is thrilled to be joining Salt Circle Productions for a fantastic evening of new writing!

Joy Nesbitt

Director of 'Lala'

 

Joy Nesbitt is a director, writer, and musician originally from Dallas, Texas. Currently based in London, Joy is inspired by stories of Black Femininity and postcolonial imagination. She has been named on The Irish Times and Sunday Times' lists of "Ones to Watch in 2024." In 2022, Joy attended the Theatre Directing MFA at The Lir National Academy of Dramatic Arts. She is a 2021 recipient of the Louis Sudler Prize in the Arts for the sum of her artistic activities at Harvard University. She has been nominated for the Verity Bargate Award, Theatre503 International Playwriting Award, Fishamble New Writing Award, Solas Nua New Voices Award, and the Radical Spirit Award. Joy has been a Director SEED for Rough Magic Theatre Company, a Writer under the mentorship of Enda Walsh for Theatre For One with Landmark Productions, and a member of the 2023 cohort of the Rachel Baptiste Programme at Smock Alley Theatre. Joy is also a recipient of the Virgin Media Discovers commission for her short film, The Knife, and she has showcased her short film, Letter, at the Galway Film Fleadh 2024.
